I'm so horrible with intros._. But anyways! I fell outta touch with the whole Gal deal and I kinda miss it so I thought I'd come back into it ^^ hm.. actually.. I totally fell outta touch with the japanese I used to be in to ): Its also nice to have met a few local gals here too! They inspired me to get back into it. Now I just feel like a total NOOOB compared to them T^T I'm gna need a ton of help

I've been so bored with my hair color but I don't want to damage it with bleach again so I was thinking because asian people have dark hair then maybe their hair dyes like palty would somehow lighten hair without bleach. They may have incorporated the lightener into the dye or something and do they damage your hair less?

School has started and my closet is PACKED with clothes but the problem for me is coordination! My brain isn't very imaginative when it comes to clothing so I thought why not make a thread for this? I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem and it would be great help for upcoming Gals.

But this isn't just any coordination thread. You have to take 1 [maybe 2] article of clothing and match it with different coordination's. For example if you're wearing a cute top and you know more than 1 different ways you can rock it take a picture of each and post them! Same goes for jewelry, shoes, and bottoms :).

lol this sounds lame, but i only really started using facebook recently. to be honest I never really needed it much before cuz most of my friends in Japan are only on mixi, it's still not really big in Japan at all and most of the people here who use it seem to be foreigners anyway.
i think i signed up for it back in january or so, didn't put up any pictures and hid under a fake name cuz there are some annoying people who I know are on facebook and i didn't want them to find me and bug me.
but eventually some people started figuring out who I was anyway based on who I was friends with, etc, so i eventually gave up on the whole secret identity thing a few months ago.

and now for one of my jobs, I pretty much have to use it, so nowadays I find myself logging in every day instead of just once or twice a month.

since I'm on it so often now, I started wondering if people here connect with each other through fb too. i did a search on the forums but couldn't find a topic on this...so here it is...

d.i.a store in Osaka Umeda?

Hey! I'm staying in Osaka for a few days before I go to Tokyo this year and want to do a bit of shopping while i'm there. Does anyone know the location of the d.i.a store in Umeda? I've only just found the shop blog; http://ameblo.jp/dia-umeda-est ; but haven't had much time to trawl through it, and so far, haven't seen any mention of where the store might be located.

I've checked the websites, both English and Japanese versions, of all the department stores in the area, and my closest bet was the HEP building, which has stores such as MA*RS, Liz Lisa and Spiral Girl, but no d.i.a! :(
Does anyone know?

I've tryed so many hair color brown black auburn and blond but even if the other color suit me very well because I have fair skin I don't feel comfortable when I'm not blonde Ifeel so bad
and you do you have a favorite hair color that make you feel better or happy ?
(my sister says I'm strange loool because I only love to be blonde even if other color look good on me)

Finnish gals I need your help <3

I decided to do a masters degree somewhere in Europe and I decided on Finland. Why? Well, I know nothing about it and have never been there so that makes it more exciting for me! Anyways, I have a couple questions about living in Finland that I hope some of you could help me with kaos-panda22
1. How much Finnish should I learn to be able to get around on a daily basis? How high is the average person's level of English? I mean, just in case I'm totally unable to explain myself in Finnish. I'm not interested in worsening my country's already bad reputation of expecting everyone to speak English for them haha!:p
2. Is Finland an expensive country for everyday living and rent costs? The UK isn't cheap either or anything, just wondering. juggle1
3. The university I'm very interested in is the University of Turku... if anyone here lives there or has been there, what kind of city is Turku, i mean does it have good shops, nightlife etc? Are the people particularly friendly etc? Any local dialects or anything else I should know about?

Sorry for these possible ignorant questions... as you can see I know next to nothing about Finland although I can't wait to go there and see for myself. *_* But these are things I thought maybe I should research a bit! I thought I'd ask the nice gals on this forum instead of some random site, so yeah, if any Finnish gals want to answer my questions I'd love you forever and ever and will give you cookies and cake :) love1

Where to find NON-faceted deco rhinestones?!

At Shibuya 109, the salesgirl actually had these great nail jewels that were completely smooth and rounded with a rainbow iridescent quality to them (a jeweler would call them "cabochon" cut). I can't seem to find an online deco supplier that carries these types. Any suggestions?
